About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Administration Intern to join our operations team at an innovative device insurance technology company. This internship offers hands-on experience in claims processing, customer service, and administrative support while gaining exposure to the device insurance industry. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, analytical, and ready to contribute to the company's claims management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in processing device insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
● Help track and update claim status in the company's claims management system.
● Liaise with customers and repair vendors.
● Support customer communication by responding to basic inquiries and routing complex cases to senior claims administrators.
● Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of claims processing activities.
● Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth claims workflow and resolution.
● Assist in generating basic claims reports and tracking key performance metrics.

*Expected start date: March 2025

Requirements

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, Customer Service, or a related field.


● Basic understanding of insurance claims processing and customer service principles.


● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.


● Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


● Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


● Interest in technology, device insurance, and customer service is an advantage.
