About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, test, and maintain back-end applications using Python and related frameworks.
● Design and manage databases, ensuring efficiency and security.
● Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party services.
● Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to implement AI-driven compliance solutions.
● Optimize application performance and scalability.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in Python development.
Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of compliance or AI-related technologies is a plus.
