About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry/Admin Assistant to support our administrative functions. This role requires 2 days’ in-office work to retrieve relevant documents, with the remaining 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

◉ Retrieve, organise and maintain relevant documents for data entry tasks.
◉ Enter, update, and verify data accurately in our internal systems.
◉ Conduct quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
◉ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.


Salary: RM3,500 per month

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently from home.
