Marketing & Recruitment Support (CRM Focus) Internship

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in managing and optimising the CRM system (Vincere) to support marketing and recruitment activities. • Update and maintain accurate candidate and client data within the CRM. • Support recruiters by drafting and formatting job descriptions based on company standards. • Conduct basic market research to assist in candidate sourcing and client targeting. • Provide administrative support for the recruitment and marketing team. • Help streamline internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. • Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Vincere is a plus, but not required). • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
