Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Crew Member to join our dynamic team at two exciting locations in Butterworth and Gurney Plaza, Penang. As a Retail Crew Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the store is always clean and well-stocked, and creating a positive shopping experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
- Maintain store cleanliness by ensuring aisles are tidy, shelves are stocked, and products are properly displayed.
- Handle cash and transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support store promotions and ensure products are well-presented and easy to access.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking inventory deliveries and organizing stock.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their needs.
- Uphold company policies and procedures in line with retail standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Flexible and reliable, with a willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

  • Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
