Effortsly Client Code of Conduct
 

Effortsly is committed to maintaining a fair and professional working relationship with all clients. To ensure a smooth collaboration, clients are required to adhere to the following terms:
 

  1. Exclusive Engagement
    Clients are strictly prohibited from engaging another agency, company, or freelancer for similar services during their active tenancy with Effortsly.

     

  2. Respect for Effortsly’s Business Model
    Clients must not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to modify Effortsly’s business operations, pricing structures, or service processes in any way.

     

  3. Non-Poaching Agreement
    Clients are not allowed to directly approach, solicit, or hire candidates introduced by Effortsly without prior written consent from Effortsly.

     

  4. Talent Relocation Restriction
    Clients cannot move the hired talents to another location without Effortsly's permission.

     

  5. Candidate Dismissal Policy
    Clients cannot dismiss Effortsly's candidates without Effortsly's permission.

     

  6. Salary Discussion Restriction
    Clients must not discuss salary or compensation details directly with the candidate.

     

  7. Breach Consequences
    Any violation of the above terms will be considered a breach of contract and may result in a RM50,000 fine, termination of services, and/or legal action.

     

By engaging with Effortsly, clients agree to comply with this Code of Conduct to uphold fairness and professionalism in our partnership.
