About the job

Weber Meyer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining, and nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a basic salary, allowances, and commission, making it an excellent opportunity for those who are motivated to excel in a sales career.

Responsibilities

 

1. Sales Generation:

   - Identify and prospect potential clients and businesses.

   - Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.

   - Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.

 

2. Client Relationship Management:

   - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

   - Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

   - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

 

3. Sales Target Achievement:

   - Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

   - Continuously monitor and report on sales performance.

 

4. Product Knowledge:

   - Stay updated on company products and services.

   - Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.

 

5. Sales Documentation:

   - Prepare and submit accurate sales orders and documentation.

   - Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Salary RM2000 depending on experience
