Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team on a fully commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will generate leads via social media platforms and close deals to achieve sales targets. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients through social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Develop and implement social media strategies to attract and convert leads.
Create engaging content and posts to promote our products and services.
Respond promptly to inquiries and messages on social media platforms.
Sales Execution:
Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a consistent follow-up routine with leads to nurture relationships.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
Gather and analyze client feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities, lead generation efforts, and conversion rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a commission-based role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
